Baader/LINCO chicken gizzard harvester

Gizzard harvester is an automated poultry processing machine that separates, opens, cleans, and peels gizzards from the intestines, delivering a finished product for consumption or further processing. The gizzard harvester performs multiple tasks including separating the pre-stomach, cutting the gizzard, cleaning the interior with water sprayers, and removing the inner skin with peeler shafts.

Functionality:

1. Input: The machine receives gizzards and intestines together through an inlet. 
2. Separation: It separates the gizzard pack from the intestines and the pre-stomach. 
3. Opening and Cleaning: A circular knife opens the gizzard, and water sprayers clean the inside. 
4. Peeling: Peeler shafts remove the yellow inner lining of the gizzard. 
5. Output: Clean, peeled gizzards are discharged for inspection.
