Description
The PERUZA 15 Roller Grading Line is an industrial calibration machine designed to automatically grade small pelagic fish by thickness.
The machine is equipped with an integrated receiving tank and hopper-elevator, ensuring a continuous, controlled flow of raw material directly onto the rotating grading rollers. It is engineered specifically for fresh small pelagic species such as sprats, Baltic herring, sardines, pilchards, and anchovies.
The system utilizes a 15-roller unit arranged in a V-shape, sorting raw material into three distinct grades plus an oversize grade. The adjustable gap between the infeed and outfeed rollers allows precise calibration while minimizing product damage as fish slide smoothly into determined grades. Sorted fish are directed via movable chutes to cross-conveyors and into plastic bins, which can be stopped and changed independently without halting line operations.
Why Choose This Model?
- Pelagic Fish Specialization: Tailored specifically for delicate small pelagic species like sprats, herring, and sardines, ensuring optimal handling.
- High Processing Capacity: Achieves high-throughput calibration of up to 7500 kg/h for fresh pelagic fish, maximizing processing efficiency.
- Minimal Product Damage: The gentle water-flow feeding and smooth roller transitions preserve delicate skin and flesh quality.
- Adjustable Grading System: The easily adjustable roller gap allows quick reconfiguration for different pelagic species and target thickness fractions.
- Low Labor Requirement: The entire grading and collection process requires only 2 operators to run continuously.
