Description
The CARNITECH CBF 495 Twin is an industrial two-lane skinning machine designed for fish processing, particularly for salmon processing plants. The Twin configuration features two independent working lanes, allowing two fillets to be processed simultaneously and increasing the processing capacity of the line.
The machine is designed for precise skin removal, including both deep and shallow skin cuts, while minimizing damage to the fish meat. The dual conveyor system provides smooth product transport, while adjustable pressure settings allow the machine to be adapted to different fillet thicknesses.
The machine is constructed from acid-resistant stainless steel (INOX), suitable for demanding fish-processing environments. Its open-frame design facilitates cleaning, and the machine is mounted on solid wheels for easier movement around the production area.
Why choose this model?
- Increased processing capacity: The Twin configuration allows two fillets to be processed simultaneously, increasing throughput compared with single-lane skinning machines while making efficient use of production space.
- Reliable construction: Carnitech, now part of Marel, is well established in the fish-processing industry. The machine offers a robust and stable design suitable for continuous industrial production.
