BAADER 867 4-lane Pinbone Remover

The BAADER 867 is one of the most efficient pinbone removers on the market today. As a four-lane machine, it features patented double grip rollers designed for removing the most difficult bones from post-rigor fillets without the need for aggressive machine settings.

The cyclone vacuum system removes bones and water very efficiently from the surface of the fillets, keeping the pin wheel clean and ensuring a high level of hygiene.

Adjustment of the programmes for different fillet sizes and fish qualities is easily performed and selected on the overview touch panel.
