Description
SMARTLINE GRADER
It allows for sorting raw materials weighing from 100g to 500g and approximately 40cm in length, achieving a sorting efficiency of 60 pieces per minute. The device allows for portioning the product according to preset weight ranges, i.e., from 100g to 500g, with 50g increments. The sorter is equipped with an on-machine labeling system. The proposed SmartLine Grader sorting system consists of the following components:
a. Two-stage feeding system consisting of two GR8001 conveyors
a. Feed conveyor (L: 1000 mm)
b. Accelerator conveyor (L: 750 mm)
b. Weighing unit with GR8210 computer
c. Separator system: GR8330 double-sided 2 x 4 gates with container label printing (printers located on each side: 2 in total)
d. INNOVA system for labeling and monitoring the SmartLine Grader machine operation
