KAPP IQF Tunnel Freezer

The KAPP Skaginn IQF Tunnel Freezer is designed for fast and efficient individual quick freezing with gentle product handling. The system preserves product quality by locking in moisture and maintaining natural structure, texture and appearance after freezing and thawing.

The freezer features an integrated crust freezing system, combining surface freezing and core freezing in one continuous process. This approach ensures excellent yield, stable quality and minimal drip loss, which can be reduced to as low as 0.2%, depending on product type.

Thanks to multiple conveyor levels for crust freezing and full freezing, products retain their shape throughout the freezing process. The enclosed and insulated tunnel design ensures fast, even freezing and stable operating conditions, even at high throughput.

The system is available in single-lane and multi-lane configurations, with single or double-level crust freezing belts, allowing flexibility for different production requirements and freezing times.
