MAREL OPTICUT
The Marel OptiCut volumetric portioning machine is engineered to cut boneless meat into fixed-weight portions with uniform shape. The product is placed into a mould where it is formed before being accurately cut.

CUT-OFF GIVES WAY TO PROFIT
OptiCut enables full raw-material optimization. With such high utilization, cut-off is virtually eliminated, resulting in yields of up to 100 %.

FIXED WEIGHT
Portions are produced either as individual cuts or stacked batches with fixed weight. Trim pieces can be automatically removed.

MAREL V-CUT 200
The Marel V-Cut 200 is a volumetric portioning system designed for cutting crust-frozen boneless meat into fixed-weight portions with consistent geometry.
The product is placed into a forming mould and compressed laterally to ensure even shaping before precise cutting.
EFFICIENT PORTIONING AND PRESENTATION
V-Cut 200 offers flexibility for different production needs, creating either single portions for packing or marination, or shingled groups of portions for manual or automated tray loading.
CONSISTENT SHAPE AND SIZE
The integrated side-press mechanism delivers uniform shape and density for every portion, supporting smooth operation of downstream automation lines and improving presentation quality.
